Mistakes throughout the book. Several sizes are "mugs" or glasses. Ingredients on list are different from the directions: green coffee beans vs. green beans, cottage cheese vs. cream cheese, cooking soda vs baking soda.
The recipe's look good but there are no nutritional values. Cookbook basics right? No calories per serving size amounts, nothing. Just a recipe. Especially for boasting about being a " keto" meal prep cookbook, one would anticipate calories per serving, carbs, protein, and fat break downs.
This book is poorly written, ingredients and the directions don’t match, and shows no nutritional values! Some of the ingredients (frying oil toppings, sodium and pepper, some says a pinch of salt). Make up your mind, using two different names for the same ingredient. This books instructions are all over the place.

I bought this book so I would have more recipes for the keto diet and I was excited because there is a section saying teaching kids and the paragraph is so little and Common Sense it was literally a waste of time and things people should already know. Also some of the recipes call for stuff that is not keto approved please do full Research when reading this book.
What I like about this book is that it keep me motivated and inspired me that I can do it, following meal plans is pretty interesting for me as the details are categorized in Day to Day for each thirty days there are Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner recipes that are tasty and with some new ingredients combinations.
